My idea will be to be a broker to the Non-Standard Auto Insurance Company thru the Interent. The ideas is to do a contract to sell insurance policies for Automobiles with multiple Non-standard Auto Insurance companies in the State of Florida. I would begin evaluating the regions, that is divinding it into South, Central and North Florida. Based on my experience I would start selling my product on South florida, that is Dade and Broward County.

My core competencies would be the Standar companies, such as Progressive, Allstate and StateFarm who already have their own web site to sell their policies.
The service will consist in providing the cheapest prices to the consumer from those Non-Standard companies, the consumer could choose the coverages they need. The consumer will decide between companies rated between A and B. Once they choose their coverages and provide the information needed by the chosen company and fill out the insurance application OnLine, the consumer would be able to obtain a proof of insurance by printing from their computer and obtaining coverage for their vehicle.

My company would obtain the money by credit card only. I would get paid a percentage of every policy sold thru my website.

The advantages- I do not need to spend money on location or supplies. No traveling expenses or employees. Perhaps easy money.
The disadvantages- I would be only able to reach only thoses homes that are English speaking and with internet access.

I believe it has changed for the better. It has helped my life become more effective and effecient, one of the ways is that I do not have to read the newspaper to look for a house for sale, all you do is log in to the realtor's website and there you have a list of homes. Also, for my own research for school and my daugher's homework, I no longer need to go to the public library. I am able to buy stuff thru the internet, and I do not have to ride for half an hour on traffic on the weekends to get to the mall. You are able to track the weather without waiting for the night news. I think is the best !! It makes your life easier !

One in five children received a sexual solicitation in 1998 and 1999, according to a survey of 1,500 regular Internet users age 10 to 17, conducted for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the Justice Department.
Girls were the primary target. Teenage use of the Internet has climbed. The campaign is to be introduced today. Last year's campaign alerted parents to the dangers of online sexual predators.
As a result, the center and the Ad Council, assisted by Merkley & Partners, a unit of the Omnicom Group, decided to create a campaign specifically for teenage girls, in direct language that they can understand and relate to.
One TV ad, for example, switches between shots of a jeans-clad teenage girl and a young man, whose talking mouth is initially the only part of his body that is shown. Each takes turns speaking. The man says, "Meeting a teen girl online is easy" and "meeting them is the goal, that's when things get really interesting." The girl says, "Attention from older guys is flattering, they get me more than guys my age," and asks, "if you trust someone, what's wrong with meeting?" At the end of the ad, the voiceover, read by another teenage girl, says, "Online predators know what they're doing. Do you?"
A second TV spot, whose final shot is repeated in a magazine ad, shows a disheveled apartment being searched by police officers, as one of them puts a computer keyboard into a plastic bag. A teenage girl warns in the voiceover, "Before you start an online relationship with a guy, think about how it could end."

Per the BBC, which as per the article is completely blocked, 50,000 Chinese authorities do nothing but monitor traffic on the internet. No single law exits to permit this mass invasion of privacy and procription of free speech. China's censorship regime extends from the fatpipe backbone to the street cyber-cafe. Censorship takes place under a watchfull eye of machine and human censors. The ONI found that 60% of sites relating to opposition political parties were blocked, as were 90% of sites detailing the Nine commentaries, a series of columns about the Chinese Communist Party. This does not stop at the World Wide Web, China also targets new interne-based technologies, which looked to lend hope to free speech when ONI filed its last report on Chine in 2002. China will have to work really hard to try to keep us with the new technology making the networked communication more sophisticated everyday. The announcement that Google has secured a license to operate in Chine has prompted many to ask how the US company will practice business there whist staying true to its informal company saying " Dont be evil". Google has been already accused for collaborating with the Chinese government by ommitting from its Google News service links blocked by the state. There are many forms of differnt systems that attack companies, such as spoofing, smurfin, and ther types of Denial Service attacks. They are created to harm or interrupt the use of operational systems. The article deals with a single wide-spread form of attack known as passwork cracking, which is a term to describe the penetration of a network, system or resource with our without the use of tools to unlock something that has been secured.
The attackers motives - they vary greatly, some of the most common hackerr are high school kids in their basements with their computers looking for ways to exploit computer systems. Other are employees seeking revenge on a company, and others attackers are motivated byt the sheer challenge.
Methods of attack - Some of the common techniques are: Dictionary Attack: fastest way to break into a machine. Hybrid Attack: it will add numbers or symbols to the filename to crack a password. Brute Attack: It is the most comprehensive one and depending on the complexity of the password it may often take a long time.
Tools Used - Most common one is L0phtCrack (now called CL4), which allows an attacker to take passwords and change them to plain text. Another common one tool is a protocol analyzer, which is capable of capturing every piece of data.
Internal Attacks - Are the most common sources because they have direct access to an organization's systems.
Externa Atatcks - Are those who must traverse your defense in depth to try and break into your systems.
Some ideas on how to prperly secury yourself and your system from the possibility of a password cracking attack, can be: Audit yoru organization, Set up dummy accounts, Use difficult passowords, Backups, Preven dumpster diving, Check ID's and question people you dont know and finally Educate your end users.
